It is difficult to be clear about a Neighbourhood Plan’s objectives at the start of the process as those objectives are lead by the community consultation exercises. However, early responses suggest that our objectives could include creating policies to help:

• Exploit the parish’s Hyperfast Broadband Network to bring good quality jobs and businesses to the area

• Ensure businesses have facilities to support growth, such as meeting rooms, short-term office lets and a community hub

• Find creative solutions to community problems, for example parking

• Encourage young people to stay in the area

• Ensure new housing is for local people or those coming to work and create businesses in the area
