We're developing a Neighbourhood Plan for Clapham

Clapham-cum-Newby Parish is a wonderful place to live, work and visit. As a community, it is important that we make sure it continues to be wonderful for many years to come.

We need to look after the elements of our parish that we cherish and seek out improvements and advancements to help us adapt to new challenges.

A Neighbourhood Plan will help us meet these objectives by identifying and documenting what the community values and desires. Once completed, the plan must be taken into account by local authorities when making decisions on future developments.
